15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

Based on my 3 interviews conducted, quality is what matters the most in my segment. When they are requesting a service the quality of the service is what they are truly looking for. When they are looking for a service, they ask their friends and/or google to see what the best option would be. Whenever they think they found a website with the specific service they were looking for, most of the times a lack of information is in there. For example, cleaning services. They are more likely to use credit cards in the purchases.  After the customer got their service what it matters the most to my potential customers is the comfort of having one application that can meet many services. Also, the confidence that the application will have all the information regarding that specific service looked for. 16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

1) I believe that I have a human capital that is truly unique. I do think that I make a huge impact on people and that I have leadership skills that are very remarkable. I am a very social person that is never afraid of something. Regarding taking risks, I know that it is worth the risk you have to go for it. I am very goal orientated because I know what I want to be, and also know how I will get there. The fact that I am very open minded is also one of my best qualities, I always try to understand what is going on in people's mind. Once I learned this knowledge, I say what people want to hear depending on specific situations.  2) #1 - Matteo is my roommate and he is from Italy. 14A – Halfway Reflection 1) I believe that one of the behaviors that i have used to keep the requirements of this course is my motivation in the field of business and especially entrepreneurship. I have developed some good skills as I am always looking for problems now and also trying to figure it out people's behavior.  2) To be honest I've never felt like giving up in this class at all. This class is something that is teaching me different ways of thinking and also helping me develop my critical thinking. I definitely have developed a tenacious attitude during these past 2 months. I can not sleep knowing that I have some work left. 13A reading reflection N1 1)       I have always admired Steve jobs, but after reading his book I learned a lot about himself, which is very interesting. What surprised me the most in the book is the ability if Steve to face problems, when he saw that android stole his product, he was willing to go to war till the very end. He was willing to spend the $40 billion dollars of Apple's bank account to win this war because he knew he was on his right. I admired Steve jobs commitment to his work and that he was always thinking about launching new products to become the very best. 12A figuring out buyers behavior N1 Segment: the segment I chose was people who regularly use their cell phone to get services such as cleaning, books rental, car services, bar’s happy hour deal etc. I picked this segment because I truly believe that many people like myself, hate downloading many applications and google every single service they want to get. Instead of that hassle, why not just have one application that features many services needed. Need awareness: After conducting my interviews I have learned many things, that I did not know about this important unmet need. The need of having only one application that can meet many demands is very necessary because saves the struggle of having to google what application people need to get in order to have their need met.
