Based on my 3 interviews conducted, quality is what matters the most in my segment. When they are requesting a service the quality of the service is what they are truly looking for. When they are looking for a service, they ask their friends and/or google to see what the best option would be. Whenever they think they found a website with the specific service they were looking for, most of the times a lack of information is in there. For example, cleaning services. They are more likely to use credit cards in the purchases. After the customer got their service what it matters the most to my potential customers is the comfort of having one application that can meet many services. Also, the confidence that the application will have all the information regarding that specific service looked for.
