16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

1) I believe that I have a human capital that is truly unique. I do think that I make a huge impact on people and that I have leadership skills that are very remarkable. I am a very social person that is never afraid of something. Regarding taking risks, I know that it is worth the risk you have to go for it. I am very goal orientated because I know what I want to be, and also know how I will get there. The fact that I am very open minded is also one of my best qualities, I always try to understand what is going on in people's mind. Once I learned this knowledge, I say what people want to hear depending on specific situations.

3) As all of the people close to me said, i see my self as a person that has good leadership skills because i realized this throughout the years. I am very glad that people see myself this way. I do think that the interviewees were correct about many things that they said. Going back to part 1, I wouldn't change any corrections to the list.

  1. Overall this post was very well done; every step the prompt requested was present, including a strong opening paragraph, quality and informative interviews and an excellent conclusion comparing what you learned about yourself through the interviews to what you thought about yourself beforehand. You described your human capital really well and I could see how other people observed the same qualities you described in your initial paragraph. Again, the interviews were all strong and thorough and really allowed me to learn more about what makes you unique. Great job!

  2. Human capital is the main quality of a successful main, when you treat people bad you are demonstrating you have low human quality. Also, you understand what is in other people's mind that will make you a successful leader and every honest desire for other people would return. Human quality is putting yourself in other people's shoes and demonstrating you're a human no an animal.
