25A – What’s Next?
Existing Market:
1) I have a lot of ideas and strategies on how to get my application to succeed. First of all, i would need to contact big companies that would like to be part of the app as a marketing feature. For that part, i will have to use my network resource. After getting big companies or big brands in the app, the rest will be marketing the application itself. People would love an application that has many services and needs in just one app.
2) * Matteo, he is 20 years old from the University of Florida. I interviewed Mateo and told him about my business idea and all the goals I have for the business as a whole. He agreed that the next step would be contacting potential brands to join the app idea as a feature.
* Jessica, she is 21 years old and she is also a student at the University of Florida. After a good conversation about my business idea with her, she said that the next step would be to start a marketing plan for the app on campus.
* Hjalmar, he is 21 years old and he is a student at the University of Miami. After speaking with him about my business idea he agreed that after I have big brands in my app, the rest will be the easy part.
3) After a deep consideration in my business, i have to say that i have a lot to get done before i want to put this application out in the market. I will have to to a business strategy to get big brands on my app. I would definitely need an IP agreement and a sales pipeline that will show my potential customers which are the brands, how my business idea (app) can be useful for them. After having brands/services on my application, i will start the marketing of my app itself.
New Market:
1) I would target big companies such as Walmart, Amazon
2) After my business idea has developed and is running, i would be targeting big companies/services such as Walmart, and Amazon. These two are a perfect example of what my idea as a whole is. Having Walmart and Amazon in only one app instead of having them separately is a hassle and the main idea of my application is to have everything in one. One App a lot of services and companies in.
3) Nicolai, he is my uncle and CEO of a big company in Asia. He said that after having a lot of services in the app, getting the big fishes will be easy
Fernando, he is my uncle and the owner of a big Law firm in Bolivia. He said that my application would be something that the market doesn't have. I am innovating everything in just one app
Rosario, she is my grandma and a real estate developer. She said that after getting brands/services in my application i need to get a marketing strategy to attract big companies/services such as Amazon.
4) In this new market, I ended up learning a lot on what is the potential of my business idea if it's done right. I had assumptions that were correct after conducting my interviews. My new market is even more attractive than my existing market because it is the main idea but way developed.
