15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2
Based on my 3 interviews conducted, quality is what matters the most in my segment. When they are requesting a service the quality of the service is what they are truly looking for. When they are looking for a service, they ask their friends and/or google to see what the best option would be. Whenever they think they found a website with the specific service they were looking for, most of the times a lack of information is in there. For example, cleaning services. They are more likely to use credit cards in the purchases.
After the customer got their service what it matters the most to my potential customers is the comfort of having one application that can meet many services. Also, the confidence that the application will have all the information regarding that specific service looked for. All of my interviewees told me that I need to get all the information of the service in the app, and also that they would love to pay the service requested right through the application, they save time. One of the interviewees recommended to me that I should have coupons in the app as well for the services provided.
I do think that all my potential new customers will need to trust the app first in order to get it. Whenever the application connects all the services that people love to use, the rest will be easy. In the application, I am looking for services that are in demand on a daily basis, and also that is trustworthy of the people.

For the future however I would consider following the advice I'm about to give you. For starters I would list out each of the steps of the assignment (ex. Post Purchase Eval) so that the reader knows what portion of the assignment they are reading specifically. Little things like that would make all the difference. Great job!
I like when the interviews were conducted, and you get the knowledge from the people you interview. I realized in business quality is important, I knew it being a DJ. The music people like is the main one you should play, and it is affected by the attendance of people. I agreed with your interview because the quality is what the people look for and an event or any service.

ReplyDeleteSounds like you have a client base brewing, this is good. Now it's time for your concept to evolve into creation. I really think your idea is a lucrative opportunity that will also help others receive quality services. Once you begin to advertise and receive good customer reviews, the business will flow like the Nile. Continue to build on what you have and this will be successful no doubt.

ReplyDeleteYour opportunities seems to be thoroughly searched and well produced, your potential client base is very strong and I would say that you need to provide a little bit more background for your opportunity to grow then I think you would be able to profit off of it. The interviews provided a great deal of knowledge and incite into the elements of your field
