11A-idea napkin No.1

1)I am an international student from Bolivia. Majoring in economics and will try to pursue minors in real estate investment and entrepreneurship. I am a very social person and have some really good persuasive skills. My talents as I stated before, are my socials skills, persuasive skills, and I also consider myself a natural leader. In every aspect that I am involved in, I am most of the times the one making the decisions. I also realized that people is always waiting for what my final word is, and because of that I consider myself a natural leader. I always push myself to the limit until I reach the top.  I am committed to achievement, exceeding demanding targets, and business objectives. I have very big aspirations in life, and I would love to always patriciate in any business that I have the opportunity. I want to be in every business market, and also contribute to political parties in order to obtain power too. Regarding my business concept that I presented in my last assignment, I see this business as a great opportunity to help people save time, space in their phones, and the hassle that is to search for what app they need. Having many services in one application is what the market really needs, and I will go for it. I see this business playing an important role in my life because always the first business is the one that you will never forget. Since I plan to have many businesses in the future, the experience of the first business is always unique, and that is how I see this business playing a role in my life.

2,3,4) I am offering one application that can meet many demands in one. Having the opportunity to get only one app, that can have many features such as rental books, car services, cleaning services etc. The fact that you only have to go into ONE app and search for the business category you are looking for, and that’s it is very important. For example, a customer wants cleaning services for his/her apartment, he or she goes to the app and search for cleaning category and many see many options available. Prices, hours etc. My app would have to contact every service that wants to be part of it, and the service will want to be in the app because of the marketing. The app will charge a small % for marketing to each service that wants to be part of it. what my customers all have in common is that they always want to save as much time as possible, and also, in this case, services will also be my customers and they all have in common that they are always looking for marketing.

5) customers will love an application that has many features and services on it. Services will want to be part of this because there is not such an application that can meet many demands as my business idea.


I really think that my elements fit together. The fact that there is not such an application like this in the market and as always, the less the better. The less time you spend, the better. The only weak part of my business would be that we need many services that have to join to the app. Once this step is completed, the rest will be the easy part. Once the services want to be part of this amazing marketing app, customers looking for the app will come.

    As I have said in previous peer reviews, our business concepts are similar. I think it is great that we are operating on corresponding wavelengths. In your post, I like how you not only showed the strong parts of your business idea but you also displayed the weak parts in contrast as well. I highly recommend you continue to push and grow your business to its full potential.

    I agree that this would be an amazing way for businesses to expand in terms of clients. As mentioned above I respect the fact that you adressed your weakness which would have to take a bit of building rapport with businesses in the community, a daunting but certainly doable task. Your talents should help you go a long way in that regard it helps to be personable.

    you are like me I am also a man that loves to make decisions, and I also admired applications that will be universal, and you can use it to any other, and you integrate it to others software, I think you will need to create a binary code that will be said system.out.println(" Universal application "); at the end as the statement of your great application.

25A – What’s Next?

Existing Market: 1) I have a lot of ideas and strategies on how to get my application to succeed. First of all, i would need to contact big companies that would like to be part of the app as a marketing feature. For that part, i will have to use my network resource. After getting big companies or big brands in the app, the rest will be marketing the application itself. People would love an application that has many services and needs in just one app. 2) * Matteo, he is 20 years old from the University of Florida. I interviewed Mateo and told him about my business idea and all the goals I have for the business as a whole.
