18A – Create a Customer Avatar

My customer is a college student around 20. He has many hobbies which include playing tennis, golf, and hanging out with friends. He knows that he needs to have a balanced life overall and plays tennis or golf at least twice a week with his friends. He drives a black range rover because he loves that car for space and because it is classy too. He does not have children and also does not plan on adopting any. He thinks that before having children he needs to accomplish his personal goals. He is a very ambitious person and has many big goals in life. He likes to travel arround the world and shopping. His favorites places to go on vacation are Prague and Milan. His favorites tv shows are House of cards, billionaires, Narcos, and gossip girl. His favorite book is 48 Laws of Power. At the moment he does not have any favorite politician. Since my customer likes to hang out with friends and is in college, he does not have all the time in the world to spend in googling needs that he faces on a regular day. Such as cleaning, knowing the bar's happy hour deal when he goes to another state etc. I do think that I have many things in common with the avatar such as the hobbies, the type of shows that he likes etc. I do think that we also have in common that I would love to have one application that can meet that many demands that we face on a daily basis.

25A – What’s Next?

Existing Market: 1) I have a lot of ideas and strategies on how to get my application to succeed. First of all, i would need to contact big companies that would like to be part of the app as a marketing feature. For that part, i will have to use my network resource. After getting big companies or big brands in the app, the rest will be marketing the application itself. People would love an application that has many services and needs in just one app. 2) * Matteo, he is 20 years old from the University of Florida. I interviewed Mateo and told him about my business idea and all the goals I have for the business as a whole.
