Opportunity: Many people struggle with the fact that they do not know what application they need to download in order to get the unmet need. Having to ask around to see what application is the best one to get services is a real hassle. Many college students have to download many applications in order to get services, but the idea of only having one is phenomenal. Having one application that has the ability to meet a lot of services.
